I'm also the author of Therapy Isn't Just for White People, a memoir chronicling my journey to understand my own racial trauma and the underlying effect it had on mental health. Professionally, my background as an attorney taught me how to listen deeply, think critically, and ask thoughtful questions. Personally, becoming a mom has strengthened my belief that every person deserves to be valued, witnessed, and unconditionally loved.
